		<description>I just wanted to say that this is a great post.  I&#039;ve been working out for over ten years (I&#039;m 25) and my older brother has just now gotten involved.  I&#039;ve been training with him on Saturday&#039;s and I can&#039;t stress enough to him that the weight is not important.  I&#039;ve been telling him that he needs to focus on the right exercises with the right form, then he&#039;ll have better results and be healthier than going for the heavy weights w/ pathetic form.  Thanks for the great tips</description>
