PMSBuddy.com is a free online PMS reminder. Yes, you heard it right fellas, a service which reminds you precisely when your wife or girlfriend’s “aunt flow” is coming for a visit. All you have to do is enter the last date of the woman’s cycle and the site will send you reminders in advance. In addition to the reminders, the service makes suggestions to buy flowers, wine, chocolates and even lingerie (the site has to make money somehow right?). PMSBuddy also has a section for users to share stories and also some PMS tips for you.
In their own words: “PMSBuddy.com is a free service created with a single goal in mind: to keep you aware of when your wife, girlfriend, mother, sister, daughter, or any other women in your life are closing in on “that time of the month” – when things can get intense for what may seem to be no reason at all.”

They also have an interesting little meter on their homepage which shows the number of periods the site is tracking as well as the threat level.
We all may joke about the “crimson tide,” but for some guys this might actually be somewhat useful. Just remember though, your women might not react too kindly about you charting their crimson tide so be careful!

This is a hilarious concept. One of those why didn’t I think of that type of sites. Very interesting but as you peel the onion back a little the idea isn’t as sound. I know my wife would hate the idea of me tracking her periods like shes the #4 car in a NASCAR race.
Don’t compare me to terror threat!!! I’m referring to the threat level on the site!!! We are not terrorist when we are menstruating. It is very misunderstood. I don’t like women who hide behind their PMS and mistake it as an excuse to piss off, but then again men should not ridicule us for riding a hormonal wave.
And also men have hormones that spike as well. Your unwanted advances every morning are pathetic. Then you don’t want us after you’ve had too much to drink or if you’re “tired.”
Okay I’m ranting, but PMS is such a tough thing!!! YOu have no idea.
Someone get that woman’s name and put her on the PMSBuddy list. She’s a perfect candidate for the service.
This is a clever idea. It’s good to have the heads up. However, just because you know your woman is PMSing doesn’t mean you can automatically assume that PMS is her reason for being in a bad mood.
Omg. I love it! Can I sign myself up? Lol.I can never keep track of my monthly visit.
