		<description>Ice is for the swelling. Wouldn&#039;t worry too much about it. The bruise or &quot;black&quot; is the embarrassing part. You can treat it with a warm face cloth. Not hot!!! Warm. If you&#039;re in a hurry to train for your next fight...and hopefully you&#039;re training because it&#039;s obvious that you lack it which is how you got the black eye in the first place...go to your nearest doctors clinic get it checked for free, wait for the &quot;ok&quot; and good luck. Try to avoid a broken jaw this time!</description>
